Just because I don't care about sports doesn't mean I don't care about competition, trophies, and glory. I absolutely do. In fact, once I started competing in odd-ball local food competitions (we're not talking your run-of-the-mill brews and bros chili cook-off), I got such a thrill from it, that I now co-organize some of these events. And, with the help from other like-minded weirdos, I've even started some new annual competitions that have been great successes!
